1. Software subscriptions
CRM and software subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will not renew; fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
2. Services & retainers
Service and retainer fees cover work performed and resources allocated. Refunds for unstarted work may be considered on a pro-rata basis.
3. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends; cancel before then to avoid charges.
